In a pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the shrimp, red onion, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, paprika, lemon juice and honey Sauté for 4 minutes and set aside.
Add the Orzo pasta and chicken broth to the same pot and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, Italian parsley and extra virgin olive oil to the pot and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
