In a mixing bowl, whisk together hot water, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, salt, melted butter, and all-purpose flour.

To make chocolate sauce, combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl: hot water, almond milk, brown sugar, unsalted butter melted, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and whisk thoroughly. Pour the sauce into a container right away.
