In a pot over medium heat, sauté olive oil, bay leaves, shrimp, garlic, ginger, and red onion for 3 minutes.
Add green chilies, natural yogurt, paprika, ground nutmeg, raw honey, black pepper, salt and cherry tomatoes. Continue to sauté all of the ingredients for another 2 minutes over medium high heat.
Add spiralized zucchini and Parmesan cheese. Continue to sauté for a minute over medium high heat.
Serve immediately on a plate with the choice of sauce and garnish with extra virgin olive oil and diced flat leaf parsley.
