Ingredients

- 1 Cup Red Onion diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Cups Red Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomato halved
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 8 Eggs
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley diced
STEP: 2 For Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Natural yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
STEP: 3
- 4 Tortilla Wrap
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 English Cucumber long sliced
Instructions
- Let's prepare the following ingredients: olive oil, diced red onion, minced garlic, sliced red bell peppers, halved cherry tomato, salt, ground white pepper, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, whisked eggs, diced flat leaf parsley, natural yogurt, paprika, cumin, salt, tortilla wrap, sliced avocado, long sliced English cucumber.
- In a pan add the following ingredients olive oil, diced red onion, minced garlic, sliced red bell peppers, halved cherry tomato, salt, ground white pepper, dried thyme, cayenne pepper sauté for 3 minutes on medium high heat.
- In the same pan add the following ingredients lemon juice, whisked eggs, diced flat leaf parsley continue to cook for 2 minutes on medium high heat.
