Directions

Step 1

In a pot add spaghetti and water cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Once the spaghetti is cooked drain the water and transfer into the bowl.

Step 3

In a pot add olive oil, diced garlic, chopped onion sauté in a medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 4

In the same pot add grounded sausage continue to cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 5

After that add cooked spaghetti diced fresh parsley salt and black pepper mix well and continue to cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese.

Step 7

Serve immediately in a plate.
