Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Fresh Milk
- 5 Cups Water
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt per taste
Instructions
- Let's prepare the following ingredients: rolled oats, water, salt, olive oil, fresh milk, ground black pepper

- In a pot add the following ingredients rolled oats, water, salt, olive oil, fresh milk, ground black pepper cook for 6 minutes over medium high heat.
- Pour 2 cups of porrdige in a bowl and serve with a fried egg and1 cup of blanched arugula on top
