Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, olive oil, garlic minced, dried rosemary, black pepper and salt and mix it well.

Step 2

In the same bowl add potato, carrot and mix well.

Step 3

Place in a parchment paper tray bake in a oven at 400f/200c for 20 minutes and stir well. Another 400f/200c for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Serve immediately with choice of sauce.
