Pomegranate Salad With Spinach And Feta
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Raw Honey
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grounded Black Pepper
- 2 Pomegranate peeled
- 1/4 Cup Almond diced
- 2 tbsp. Black Olives sliced
- 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Prepare the following ingredients: peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, raw honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese
- In a mixing bowl combine following ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, raw honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper
- In the same bowl add following ingredients: Peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled Feta cheese.
- Mix together all of the above ingredients until its coated well.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread and pomegranate juice.
