Today we have a delicious breakfast that we called Pan-Roasted Asparagus With Egg, and this recipe can be ready in no time.
It’s amazingly crunchy at the bottom and yolky on top. It’s mind-blowingly flavorful but remains fresh, a perfect side for most diets.
If you cook your asparagus with the oven before for the flavor and the crunchiness, trust me, after your very first attempt of using a pan roasting method you will never go back to the old method again.

Directions
In a pot, add butter, mushrooms sliced and cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
After that add asparagus and cook in medium heat for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, paprika continue to stir well with spatula.
Add following ingredients Garlic powder, Black pepper, Salt, and stir well with spatula.
Parmesan cheese, avocado, honey and mix well and continue to cook in medium heat for 1 minute,
Crack the 8 eggs add into the pan by one by one.
Close the lid and cook in medium heat for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately with sourdough bread, beans, Sliced tomato, Coral lettuce and potato fries.

After that add asparagus and cook in medium heat for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, paprika continue to stir well with spatula.
