Ingredients
  

STEP: 1

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled, deveined, washed
  • 1 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Cloves Garlic diced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper medium diced
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika minced
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice diced
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey

STEP: 2

  • 1/2 lb. Orzo Pasta
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cup Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Flat Leaf Parsley diced
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add the shrimp, red onion, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, paprika, lemon juice and honey Sauté for 4 minutes and set aside.
  • Add the Orzo pasta and chicken broth to the same pot and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, Italian parsley and extra virgin olive oil to the pot and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
