Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and mix lightly with a fork to combine until everything is well incorporate.

Step 2

In the same bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, ground allspice, rolled oats mix it with spatula lightly.

Step 3

In the same bowl add chopped dark chocolate and mix it well.

Step 4

Cover it with a film and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Step 5

Pour 1 scoop dough into the baking paper Bake 160 Celsius for 18 minutes for soft cookie and 25 minutes for hard cookies.

Step 6

Cool it for 30 minutes before serving.
