Directions

Step 1

STEP: 1 (Tenderizing Meat)In a bowl add beef, baking soda and sour cream mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl add following ingredients olive oil, melted unsalted butter, mashed garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried basil, diced parsley leaves, lemon juice, white pepper, black pepper, salt and mix it well.

Step 3

(Step: 2) Ribeye steak, cut into 1/2 inch thick coat the above mixture and rest it for 30 minutes in room temperature.

Step 4

Grill the steak for 6 minutes at each side in medium heat.

Step 5

Let it rest for 10 minutes

Step 6

Serve with mashed potato and stir-fry shimeji mushroom vegetables.
