Hello everyone,

For people who like to eat healthily for lunch without spending more than 10 minutes, this recipe will be heaven. It’s refreshing with a lovely combination of delicious and colorful fruits and a simple dressing to match.

The cinnamon adds a nice spicy touch and gives that healthy crunchiness. And orange dressing catches eyes because of its color, tanginess, and sweet freshness.

Fruit salad is usually made for children as it’s a great way to get children to eat more fruit because it’s sweetened and contains plenty of nutrients, making it an excellent choice for snacks. Even if your children do not eat salads, they will enjoy this dish.

Fruit salad with cinnamon and orange dressing can be a good choice for a large gathering or even after a workout – it restores glycogen levels. This salad also fills you faster, and it’s the perfect way to lose weight with no need for any other salads or meals.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. If you enjoy it, please share it with your friends and family so that they can benefit as well. Thank you very much.
