Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, Brown Sugar / Erythritol, Hot Water, Espresso Instant Coffee mix it well.

Step 2

in the same bowl add Eggs, Olive oil, Himalayan Salt, Vanilla Extract mix it well.

Mix Gluten Free All Purpose Flour in the same bowl.

Step 4

After that add Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Coco Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg mix it well.

Step 5

After mixing it add Grated Carrots, Orange Zest, Diced chocolate and mix it in the same bowl.

Step 6

Apply butter in a cake pan.

Step 7

Pour step 1 ingredients in the cake pan.

Step 8

Sprinkles Mixed Nuts

Step 9

Cook a Cake for 45 minutes in medium low heat.

Step 10

Serve immediately with coffee.
