Directions
In a pot add oil, bay leaf, diced onion, diced garlic sauté at medium heat for 2 minutes.
After add green chili, black beans blended, black beans, carrot, tomato puree continue to cook at medium heat for 2 minutes,
In the same pot add following ingredients paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, dried oregano continue to cook at medium heat for 1 minute.
After that add black pepper, salt, broth continue to cook at medium heat for 8 minutes.
Serve immediately with choice of bread, rice or pasta.
