Hello everyone!

We made this protein-packed cheddar, chicken, and broccoli salad. It’s so delicious and absolutely a perfect recipe for someone who dislikes broccoli. 

We made this out of leftovers in the kitchen, and this salad fills our stomach like no other salads that we have eaten before. We cannot describe the flavors from the combination of Italian seasoning and broccoli. it’s out of a world experience.

Directions

Step 1

In a pan add Olive oil, Diced chicken breast Saute in medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 2

In the same pan add Italian seasoning, Cheddar cheese, Minced garlic, Lemon juice, Black pepper, Salt continues to saute in a pan medium heat for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Add broccoli and cauliflower stir-fry in a pan medium heat for 4 minutes.

Step 4

In a bowl add cherry tomatoes, red onion.

Step 5

In same bowl add cooked items, Ranch, Extra virgin olive oil, Black pepper, Salt, Feta cheese and mix well.

Step 6

Serve immediately in a bowl.
