Directions

Step 1

In a blender, add step 1 ingredients and blend it 3 minutes.

Step 2

In a pot, pour coconut oil, curry leaves. fenugreek seed, add step 1 blended ingredients, sweet potatoes and cook for 20 minutes in medium heat.

Step 3

After that add can mackerel / sardine, dried parsley, green chilies continues to cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve immediately with rice.
