Directions

Step 1

In a pot add olive oil, chicken saute for 3 minutes in medium heat.

Step 2

Add onion, Cajun seasoning and continue to saute in the same pan for 2 minutes in medium heat.

Step 3

After that penne pasta, broth and cook in the same pot for 8 minutes in medium heat.

Step 4

In the same pot cherry tomato, halved, almond milk, salt & pepper stir well and continue to cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.

Step 5

Serve immediately with sprinkle of parsley and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
