Directions

Step 1

In a pot add following ingredients corned beef minced, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin powder, dried oregano, vinegar, salt, black pepper, canned kidney beans, canned white beans, canned tomato paste, canned carrots and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

In the same pot add broth, brown sugar, dried coriander and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Topped with yogurt.

Step 4

.Serve immediately in a bowl with bread, rice or pasta.
