    Directions

    Step 1

    STEP: 1 (Tenderizing Meat)In a bowl add beef, baking soda and sour cream mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    STEP: 2 (Braising)In a pan add butter, step 1 Tenderizing Meat Sauté in medium heat for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

    Add diced garlic, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, grounded and continue to sauté in a pan medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Step 4

    Take it from the pan and add into the separate bowl.

    Step 5

    STEP: 3 (Stew)In the same pan add butter, diced red onion, diced garlic sauté in medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Step 6

    Add sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté in a pan medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Step 7

    After that add all purpose flour, add step 2 braised beef, broth, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, grounded, mustard powder continue to cook in medium heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 8

    Add sour cream continue to cook in medium heat for 4 minutes.

    Step 9

    Finally add Chives.

    Step 10

    Serve immediately with fettuccine pasta.
