We decided to start our recipe post with the best comfort food we ever had within the limited budget, and we are very excited to share with you the best beef stew recipe ever, and it goes well with rice, and it’s perfect for cold weather. In less than 55 minutes, the meat will melt in your mouth. It’s wonderfully aromatic and filled with rich gravy.

Directions

Step 1

In a pressure cooker add following ingredients butter, caraway seeds, lean beef cubed, water, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, salt and mix well cook for 35 minutes.

Step 2

In a pot add butter, bay leaves, onions diced and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3

After that add following ingredients garlic diced, caraway seeds , paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme continues to cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Add diced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add vinegar, step 1 cooked beef continues to cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Add following ingredients black pepper, salt, carrots, yellow bell pepper, potato and mic well.

Step 7

Add beef stock continues to cook for 10 minutes.

Step 8

You can add parsley, sour cream.

Step 9

Serve immediately with bread or pasta or rice.
