Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mashed bananas, and add following ingredients in the same bowl butter softened, almond milk, nutmeg powder, baking soda, salt, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract mix it lightly using fork.

Step 2

After that add following ingredients almond powder, all purpose gluten free flour mix above ingredients lightly with a spatula.

Step 3

Add butter Into a 9x5 Loaf pan.

Step 4

Pour the step 1 ingredients.

Step 5

Bake 140 Celsius for 45 minutes at each side.

Step 6

Insert a fruit stick into the center of the cake and make sure comes out clean.

Step 7

Let the bread in the same pan for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Cool the cake for 30 minutes before 1 inch thick slice
